会计或财务相关专业
Majored in Finance and Accounting
有项目会计或相关的服务业务经验
Have experience in project accounting and solutions/services business.
5年会计或财务相关领域工作经验
5 years in Accounting/ Finance field.
有较强的批判性思维和分析能力。良好的沟通和交流能力。能够跨文化和跨业务工作。具备出区分优先级和管理多个任务的能力。
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Able to work across cultures and functions. Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
有SAP系统经验优先
SAP experience is appreciated
有较强的抗压能力并且具备完成限时工作的能力
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsible for financial reporting, development of annual plans and quarterly outlooks, analysis of actual results.
及时准确地递交的月度财务分析报告。
Deliver accurate and timely financial analysis reports monthly.
协助部门负责人做进一步财务分析。
Support department heads with in-depth financial analysis.
为部门和项目优化财务绩效提出合理性建议。
Recommend department and project incentives based on financial performance.

Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand business in order to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
