Responsibilities
Assist an architectural team to achieve target and project qualityDeliver design concept for the assigned projects in an efficient mannerProject evaluations, submission of building plans, integrate strategies for project planningManage the presentation drawings and conceptual designReview the tenders and design proposalsLiaise with property owners and other parties such as contractors and consultancies
Requirements
Degree holder in Architecture or other related disciplines10 years or above experience in construction drawing design, and 5 years or above experience in management;Strong experience in managing commercial, hotel and residential projectsPassionate, well-organized, detail-orientedGood communication skills and able to work under pressureQualified as a registered architectProficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, 3D rendering, Photoshop, Revit BIM etc.Good Command of both spoken and written EnglishPlease submit full English resume
