任职资格
1、8年以上化工工程设计或运营工程技术支持经验
2、具有以下工艺工程设备和工艺经验:
• 煤炭气化
• 合成气处理、清洁和管道
• 合成气下游加工经验（化学品&发电）
• 空气分离装置&氧气供应系统
• 高压冷却水输送系统
• 拥有上述工艺工程的设计采购与施工管理经验或者有参与过提供上述工艺工程项目的设计采购与施工管理
• 跨多学科团队协调
• 监督和指导初级工程师

资格证书/技能:
1、化工本科或以上学历
2、5年以上煤炭化工、石油化工或油气行业工作经验;
3、较强的英语听说读写能力，能够独立翻译专业英语文档
4、良好的沟通、组织和分析能力，良好的职业道德;
5、良好的数据管理和计算机能力。
6、具有相关行业软件包(Aspen、Hysys、电子表格、数据分析等)的使用经验。
7、对生产设备和管道有较强的理解;
8、积极的团队合作精神，乐于接受新想法和新职责。
9、愿意服从公司安排，完成现场出差及合理的加班要求

岗位要求
1、为中国的煤炭就地气化(ISC)项目工程进行设计、规划和提供运营支持
2、为ISC项目的空气供应、供水、氧气供应、合成气处理和支持系统提供设计和开发支持，使ISC项目能够成功试运行；
3、支持ISC设备、流程和系统的知识产权开发
4、为运营团队/承包商的操作过程提供安全支持
5、评估和选择承包商和供应商，并提供合同支持
6、负责审核和批准所有进程、技术、试验和项目，以确保项目执行过程中的质量控制
7、在专业领域内指导和培训初级员工

主要职责:
1、设计，工程，计划和运营支持
2、为ISC项目的执行过程制定并审核预算，包括详细的成本及进度预算
3、设计和准备ISC项目过程中的工作文件和数据表
4、为长期的生产计划提供详细的设备规格
5、确保所有的工程和计划以结构化的方式执行，并符合相关的政策和程序
6、定期对工艺操作进行现场考查，以确保质量
7、监控工程项目的执行、运作过程，并提供技术支持
8、实施和确保ISC工程依照标准化流程进行
9、提供商业和技术建议
10、协调、监控和推进技术进步，以提高安全和运营绩效
11、审核ISC操作过程设备的适用性和性能
12、在首席工艺工程师和首席技术官的指导下，完成与上述内容相关的其他职责。

承包商管理
1、审核ISC项目的相关合同
2、为选定的供应商准备投标文件、工程范围和数据表
3、协助对选定的供应商进行技术投标评估
4、对选定的供应商进行系统和工作场所审计与文件审核
5、在开始工作前，审核承包商的程序、风险评估和JHA的关键、危险项或非常规操作
6、监控项目成本和进度，如有QA和QC未发现的问题，应及时纠正和改进管理制度。

Main Purpose of the Role:
• To engineer, design, plan and provide project and operational support to various in-situ coal conversion (ISC) Projects in China
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams, as senior process engineer, to engineer, design and develop the ISC air supply, water supply, oxygen supply, syngas handling, utilities and support systems to allow successful ISC trial operations
• Support the development of intellectual property for ISC equipment, processes and systems
• Provide operations & safety support to the Process and operations team/contractors
• Lead evaluation & selection of Process Contractors and Vendors and provide contract support
• This role is responsible for taking ownership of reviewing and endorsing all Process programs, technologies, trials and projects to ensure quality assurance and quality control during project execution
• As the Senior Process engineer you are responsible to mentor, coach and train the junior staff within your field of expertise.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Design, Engineering, Planning & Operations Support
• Develop & review budgetary and detailed cost & schedule estimates for ISC Process project execution
• Engineer, design and prepare ISC project Process scope of work documents and datasheets
• Provide detailed equipment specifications for long lead planning
• Ensure that all engineering and planning is performed in a structured manner that complies with relevant policies and procedures to be developed
• Perform regular site visits for Process operations to ensure QA & QC
• Monitor Process Engineering project execution, operations and provide technical and engineering support
• Implement and develop standard ISC Process Engineering processes
• Provide commercial & technical advice as the Senior Process Engineer
• Co-ordinate, promote, monitor and recommend technology advancements that improve safety and operational performance
• Review Process equipment suitability and performance for ISC operations
• Other duties, directly relating to above activities, as directed by the Principal Process Engineer and CTO.
Contractor Management
• Review and understand contracts that are relevant to ISC Process project execution and operations
• Preparation of Scope of Works and data sheets for preparation of Tender documents for selected services
• Prepare and assist with Technical tender evaluations for selected services
• Perform systems and workplace audits on selected suppliers. Document and file audits. Ensure closure of any deficient items from audits
• Review contractor’s procedures, risk assessments and JHA’s for critical, hazardous or non-routine operations prior to commencement of work
• Monitor project cost and schedule progression and highlight QA and QC deficiencies which require immediate remedy and keep management updated.
Health, Safety, Environmental and Human Resources Responsibilities
• Review, understand and adhere to the HSE policies arrangements/procedures and rules as issued and assist in the development of these procedures
• Take care of your own health and safety whilst at work during a consulting capacity; and ensure your activities do not adversely affect the health and safety of others
• Report to immediate supervisor all incidents, which have or could result in personal injury or environmental damage.
• Read, understand and adhere to the HR policies and procedures, where available or when newly developed, which does not impact on your services contract conditions.

Experience:
• Chemical process engineering design and/or operations engineering technical support, 8+ years
• Experience with the following process engineering equipment and processes:
• Coal gasification
• Syngas handling, clean-up and pipelines
• Syngas downstream processing to chemicals & power generation
• Multistage Air compressors, ASU & Oxygen delivery systems
• High pressure cooling water delivery systems
• EPCM experience with above or engaging/project managing EPCM with delivering above services for construction, commissioning, start-up and operations
• Project management/coordination
• Coordinating across multidisciplinary teams
• Supervising and mentoring junior engineers

Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelors or higher degree in Chemical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Coal Chemical engineering, Petrochemical or Oil and Gas industry;
• Strong English oral, reading and writing ability, able to translate professional English documents independently
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills, strong work ethic;
• Good data management and computer literacy.
• Experience with relevant industry software packages (Aspen, Hysys, Spreadsheets, data analysis, etc.)
• Solid understanding of production facilities and pipelines;
• Highly motivated team player, open to new ideas and new responsibilities.
• Willing to obey company's scheduling, complete on-site business trips and reasonable overtime requirements
