General Purpose 总述
The Project Architect manages a multi-disciplined team throughout the entire project’s development to meet the needs of the client, while managing project goals, and schedules. This individual should have demonstrated experience in facility design, project team management, and client and consultant coordination.

The individual should be passionate about design, and provide leadership in the creative process by developing innovative concepts that enrich design solutions for the client and end-users.

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
Manage project team and deliverables;
管理项目团队和可交付成果
Manage client relationships through project delivery;
项目交付过程中管理客户关系
Assist in developing the project budget;
协助制定项目预算
Collaborate with firm management to ensure appropriate staffing of project teams;
参与企业管理,调配项目组员
Understand the client’s business objectives and translate those objectives to the project team and ensure that the goals for the project, team and work-plan are met;

Manage project lifecycle from schematic design through construction administration;
管理项目从方案设计到结构的周期
Plan, schedule and manage the production drawing process and coordinate with consultants and other disciplines, including the preparation of project specifications;

Manage drawing development including detailing, quality control and overseeing drawing support staff;

Evaluate code compliance;

Attend construction meetings and prepare field reports;

Facilitate construction observation, answering of RFI’s, and preparation of change bulletins;

Manage deliverable expectations, and ensure client and team understanding of milestone dates;

Direct issue resolution and enhance project quality in reporting to internal and external audiences;

Achieve project success as measured by client and team satisfaction while achieving financial goals;

Contribute to business development by establishing confidence with clients, actively encourage and seek opportunities for follow up business for each project, and assist in the development and participate in interviews for potential projects;

Experience and Educational Requirements 教育背景和工作经验
10 years of related experience with minimum 5 years project team management experience;
10年相关经验和至少5年的项目经理经验
Bachelor’s degree at an accredited university and Professional License required;
国家承认院校学士学位和专业执照
Dedicated experience and knowledge of guidelines for design and construction of facilities;
依据以往工作经验和专业知识,服务于设计与施工工作
Understanding of Space and Facility Management a plus.
有空间和设备管理知识者优先
Knowledge of sustainable principles and LEED accreditation a plus;
了解可持续发展的原则和LEED认证者优先

Physical Requirements 个人能力
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
能适应正常工作时间内较长时间的站、坐、行。可以搬运、推拉、举起并放置不少于20磅重量的物品。按公司要求完成其他合理的工作内容。

Organizational Relationships 组织关系
Reports to: Project Manager.

Directs: Supervise a project team of 1-5 employees.

Other: Works closely with Project Manager, Project Designers, Intern Architects, Interior Designers, Clients and Consultants.
