General Purpose 总述
The Junior Project Designer supports the project team, specifically the Project Designer, to meet the established goals of the project and its clients. This individual must possess strong fundamental architectural and creative design skills and apply learned principles and techniques to accomplish project goals. The individual must exhibit a strong design vocabulary, as well as the ability to contribute to the creative process to develop innovative design solutions that challenge GBBN’s capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
Supports the Project Designer on developing creative design concepts and supporting the construction documents during the design phases.
协助项目设计师开发创意设计理念，并在设计阶段中协助施工图纸的制作
Supports the project team by developing, preparing, detailing and reviewing drawings and revisions as directed by the Project Architect or Designer.

Persuasively and visually communicate ideas effectively and tactfully with project team to ensure the design intent is consistently in adherence.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of industry and developing technology and design trends. Works to integrate sustainable design solutions into projects.

Supports the marketing and business development activities, including production of competition packages, proposals, and client presentations.

Experience and Educational Requirements 教育背景和工作经验
Professional Architecture degree from an accredited university with a focus in design. Bachelors of Architecture required. Masters in Architecture preferred.

Professional expertise demonstrated through 3-5 years of progressive experience working with various project types.

Aspiration to grow and pursue architectural registration.

Current affiliation and/ or membership of local, state or national industry organization is a plus.

Fluent in the latest versions of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Irender and Adobe Suite.

Physical Requirements 个人条件
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
