Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Develop and execute Business Development plan for clients, for foreign clients in general, with focus on Industry & Manufacturing, Building & Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructures business in construction market;
Develop new client, pursue projects and prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to call for tenders;
Take the leadership of action based on project plan to pursuit and win project, and negotiate contracts;
Participates in development of marketing and business plans, strategy implementation;
Prioritize the allocation of sales and technical resources to accomplish the objectives of the yearly sales target. Set up target and strategy for implementation and achievement;
Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new client contacts;
Establishes and maintains customer relationships and strategic teaming partner relationships;
Collect market intelligence and conduct market study;
Requirements:
Solid Business Development and Sales experiences in related industry;
Many years of experience prior to entering business development along with at least 5 years of experience in business development;
Knowledge and understanding of construction industry and project management;
Strong external communication and negotiation skill to understand customer needs, negotiate complex win-win deals;
Strong internal communication skill to efficiently communicate with leadership on business strategy, short term and long term achievements, and support needed;
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
Excellent ability to forecast and analyze market trend, able to work under pressure while managing time and resources efficiently;
Good English, both written and oral;
PC skills, notably with PowerPoint presentation abilities;
