1. To provide technical service and support to customers, with the coordination of salesmen. 在销售人员的协调下，为客户提供技术服务与支持；
2.To update, propose and edit product specifications; to coordinate and participate in testing and homologation process of our polymers in customers, as well support in homologation of raw materials and additives procured for the Plant production. 更新、提议和编辑产品规格书；协调并参与公司聚合物产品在客户处的测试和认证审批过程，同时支持工厂生产部门对原材料和添加剂采购的认证审批过程；
3.To coordinate laboratory work to carry out technical reports for customers and for other areas of the Company. To participate in new product developments according to the bussines plan of the Company. 协调实验室工作，为客户和公司其他部门提供技术报告；根据公司业务发展计划，参与新产品研发。
4. To assist to deal with the customer's complain, sample testing. 协助处理客户投诉和样品测试；
5. To visit customers regularly, understand customers' technical support requirements in time and feedback to the Company. 定期访问客户，及时了解客户对于技术支持上的要求并反馈至公司；
6. To provide products' technical training to clients, and sales / marketing team of the Company. 向客户以及公司相关销售、市场人员提供产品技术培训；
7. To collaborate in shows, exhibitions, seminars, or other promotion events organized by the Company being the technical representative. 作为技术代表，参与公司组织的展示、展会、研讨会或其他推广活动；
8. To coordinate with salesman to complete technical assignments in different sales period, such as technical research, product testing, technical problem analysis and solution. 协同销售人员完成不同销售阶段的技术性工作任务，例如技术性调研、产品测试、技术性问题分析和提供解决方案；
9. To coordinate with marketing team, R&D team to follow technology development trends from the market, to develop in-house knowledge and expertise. 协同市场部、研发部跟踪市场技术发展趋势，增强公司自身的知识和专业能力；
10.Summarize product technical and application experience, collect market application message of different products, reference for decision-making. 总结产品技术和应用经验，收集不同产品的市场应用信息，供公司决策参考；
11. To support the Plant in trials, polymer updates, etc. 支持工厂产品试验，聚合物产品改进等；
12.To participate as Company′s representative in national and international technical organizations. 作为公司代表参加国内与国际技术组织；
13. To elaborate the technical information for Technical Notes and collaborate in the design of contents for external diffusion as case brochures, product catalogs, Internet websites, etc. 为技术文档的准备提供技术信息，协助公司手册、产品目录和网站网页等对外宣传材料的文案设计；
14. To finish other works assigned by Technical Service Manager and Commercial Director. 完成技术服务经理和销售总监安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1.Fluent in both oral and written English as well as good skills of computer application.较强的英语听书写能力，熟练掌握计算机操作；
2.Knowledge of laboratory techniques. 具备实验室技术知识。
3.Kowledge of products and applications in (at least 2 of following industries) adhesives, technical compounding, plastic modification, asphalt modification, vulcanized shoes / tires etc.. 具有最少以下两个行业的产品和生产应用知识：胶粘剂、复合材料、塑料改性、沥青改性、硫化鞋材、轮胎等。
4.Willing to travel for business frequently and trained in foreign countries.能适应经常出差以及去国外培训；
