　　如果你的目标是大公司？好吧，那就不是我们了。我们是小而精的工作室（而且希望一直保持这个模式），因为这让我们独立而自由。自由地分红（去年每一位员工都拿到了120,000+的奖金哦），自由地旅行（巴厘岛，阿姆斯特丹，加州…）, 自由的工作时间（不用早起，尽量不加班）…

We do cool, bold, impactful retail design. We mix interior design, video creation, vi and interactive installation to create amazing spaces. Young Chinese generations expect crazy experiences; we love to create those!

Look for the biggest design agency? Well, you didn’t find it. We are small and keep it this way, it makes independent and free. Free to share benefits (+120.000rmb per person last year), free to travel (Bali, Amsterdam, Los Angeles...), free on working time (not really into morning).

Good designers are free.
