岗位职责：
项目总监负责UAP(尤艾普)艺术设计公司海外项目的制作生产和物流运输管理，其中包括：
-与制作工厂联系，提供相关信息（包括3D比例模型、原型和完成样品），同时获取项目报价。
-在获得UAP设计师/项目经理批准相关费用和样品后，负责监督项目的制造。
-质量管理，并确保作品符合设计要求。
-在将艺术品运往相关地点前，在制造商处所进行项目验收。 -负责组织或预定货物发运，并确保包装以及产品安全达到较高的标准。
-管理其他项目经理按计划完成项目任务。
任职要求：
在建筑或制造行业至少有10-15年工作经验；
具有丰富的图纸经验；
中英文流利；
与客户或者分包商进行谈判、具有解决问题及解决争议能力；
拥有管理团队经验；
Project Director Reporting: - The Project Director reports directly to UAP China General Manager.
The role of the Project Director is responsible for the overseas manufacture and transportation, including: - Liaise with manufacturers to obtain competitive quotations for the manufacture and supply of all relevant information (including: 3D scale models, prototypes and finish samples). - Supply confirmed manufacturing price to Australia /New York offices for finalization of price for client. - After approval of relevant costs and samples by UAP Designer / Project Manager, oversee the manufacture of final artwork to match approved sample.
- Manage all quality control to ensure the artwork is fabricated to specification. - Manage sign-off of artwork at manufacturers’ premises by UAP Designer / Project Manager prior to shipping to relevant marketplace. - The Project Director is also responsible for organizing and booking shipping to the
appropriate marketplace and ensuring packaging and crating is of extremely high standard to ensure protection of artwork during freight.
- Arrange other project managers to complete the projects as scheduled.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10-15 years in the construction or fabrication industries.
- Be experienced in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Be fluent both in Chinese and English.
- Be able to negotiate strongly with clients and sub-contractors. High skills in problem solving and dispute resolution are valued.
