职位描述

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
"1. Implement and optimize the IMS maitenance system, improve the effiency of maintenance in his or her scope
在其负责范围内执行和优化IMS维修体系，提高维修效率"
"2. Be responsible for preventive maintenance of plant equipments daily and periodly according to the maintenance plan
根据维修计划负责工厂设备的日常和定期预防性维护，保证其正常运行"
"3. Be responsible for emergency responsing and handling to the sudden breakdown of plant equipments
工厂设备突发故障的紧急响应及处理"
"4. Analyze the root cause of breakdown and prevent recurrence, improve the SOP and facilities
分析故障根本原因并预防再次发生，改善相关SOP和设施"
"5. Manage and maintain resource of maintenance including subcontractors, spare parts and comsumables
管理和维护分包商、备件及易耗品等维修资源"
"6. Be responsible for the corrective maintenance in his/her scope
负责工厂相关设备的纠正性维修"
"7. Patrol, collect, summarize and analyze the operation status i ndicators of equipment, and find out, report and solve the abnormal situation
巡回检查，收集、 整理并分析设备的运行状态参数和发现异常情况及时报告并处理"
"8. Implement regulatory i nvestigation for special equipment and gauge (measurement) equipment i n terms of country’s l aws and l ocal regulations
根据国家和当地要求，执行特种设备及计量检验设备的强制检定工作"
"9. Strictly execute the CMMS procedure
严格执行公司的计算机化维修管理体系"
"10. Assist spare part engineer or procurement specialist when necessary in procure process
　　根据需求在采购设备时协助备件工程师或采购专员"
"11. Responsible for other works arranged by supervisor related with maintenance.
　　负责其他维修相关事宜"

Key Competencies Required对应核心能力要求
1. 本科及以上学历，化工机械相关专业（偏转动类优先）
2. 3年以上化工企业机械相关工作经验
3. 英文读写能力良好
4. 良好的沟通技巧
5. 执行能力强，团队意识良好
