职位描述

主要职责:
- Liaise with suppliers to arrange shipment activation with the selected freight forwarder.
- Analyze and prepare shipping documentation and ensure its subsequent forwarding to the relevant parties.
- Instruct freight forwarders to proceed with booking ships/trucks/aircraft/barges.
- Prepare necessary documentation in case of negotiating a letter of credit.
- Prepare documentation for managing claims related to incidents.
- Compile fiscal documents, verifying the accuracy of data from other authorities' documents.
- Archive and monitor all transportation documentation, including customs documents for tax purposes.
- Update and review shipping reports (transportation cost report, booking in progress, shipping status report) and send them to the involved functions.
- Check incoming shipping invoices and input them into the system.
- To streamline operations, minimize costs, and maximize efficiency to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

要求：
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics and transportation or export office, preferably in the engineering, procurement, and construction sector.
- Knowledge of national and international transportation regulations.
- Negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with suppliers.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Excel.
