岗位职责：

1. 搜集、整理、分析市场相关业务信息、提供市场及销售数据统计分析、制作文案资料及培训材料；

2. BD业务发展、团队业务支持及管理、对于渠道及券商的销售支持；

3. 渠道及券商总部的日常信息维护与业务执行；

4. 营销活动策划与执行；

5. 召集和组织BD部门交流、培训及处理BD部门日常行政工作。

任职资格：

1. 全日制本科或以上学历；

2. 2年以上基金、券商、资管等公司相关工作经验；

3. 英文写作及口语熟练；

4. 精通PowerPoint及Excel及软件；

5. 高度的执行力，责任心和服务意识，能承受较强的工作压力。

Position: Business Management Executive/Manager

Responsibilities:

1.Collecting market information and analyzing competitor business information, providing marketing and sales data statistical analysis, information and training materials preparation;

2.BD business development, business support and team management, support for the channels and securities;

3.Channels and securities headquarters daily information maintenance and business execution;

4.Marketing campaign planning and execution;

5.Assisting for BD department including internal communication, training and other daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

1.Full-time undergraduate degree or above;

2.At least 2 years relevant work experience in Funds\Security industry;

3.Proficient in English writing and speaking;

4.Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and other software;

5.High executive power, responsibility and sense of service, can withstand strong pressure;

6. Strong team spirit.
