岗位职责：

1. 准确及时完成交易工作。

2. 一线监控交易风险。

3. 分析市场，提出交易建议。

任职条件：

1. 全日制大学本科以上学历。

2. 至少两年以上的相关工作经验。

3. 熟悉证券市场，具备扎实的专业知识。

4. 学习、沟通能力强，负责、稳重和自律并能承担压力。

Position: Dealer

Responsibilities:

1. Complete dealing job accurately and timely.

2. Evaluate and monitor daily dealing risks.

3. Conduct market analysis and offer recommendations on dealing strategy to fund managers.

Qualifications：

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above.

2. At least two years working experience in relevant industry.

3. Familiar with securities market, solid professional knowledge.

4. Strong communication skills, responsible, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure.
