本次招聘的主要目的

协助集团主要负责人改革和优化全集团人力资源体系建立集团统一的薪酬、福利和绩效政策。

岗位主要职责

1.薪酬福利管理

在集团整体薪酬福利框架下制订和统一集团各子公司的岗位评价体系定期检视并根据需要进行调整

为集团总部和各所属公司制定总体奖金分配方案建立基于定位策略和市场基准的薪酬机制每年度对其进行审查和更新

参与年度薪酬福利的市场调研分析市场的薪酬发展趋势并为集团管理层和人力资源团队在年度薪酬的预算、政策和流程等方面提出相关建议。

制定或完善集团总部及所属公司的薪酬绩效关联机制及激励计划

在与管理层和人力资源团队汇报或沟通中充当专家角色为新候选人的录用内部晋升、离职补偿等相关问题提供专业意见

实时掌握国内薪酬福利的政策、法规确保公司的各项薪酬福利政策合法合规

指导下属各级公司的人才发展经理和人力资源团队分析并提出符合集团发展的人才开发和保留策略以便更好地留住团队中的核心人才

统筹管理集团内各不同所属公司的潜在的福利包为集团节约成本及优化福利杠杆利用集团整体的福利计划优化员工福利。

2.绩效管理

优化集团绩效体系和制度并定期进行修订或调整

利用绩效工具激励员工达成工作目标

利用薪酬福利作为工具在全集团推动绩效增长

为集团内的管理人员提供关于绩效管理的帮助

为推动集团内各公司的绩效增长提出绩效管理方案或建议+-

制定或提供薪酬绩效方案为集团各级公司的员工发展提供支持

基本任职资格

申请高级经理层级的任职资格

年龄不超过32周岁

毕业于国内外顶尖级大学至少国内排名前20或全球排名前50的硕士研究生

人力资源管理、心理学或相关专业

须具备6年及以上大型知名的金融企业人力资源管理经验包括2年薪酬或绩效管理经验或具备3年国际惯例人力资源咨询公司的咨询经验

具备出色的人际沟通技巧能在高压状态下工作

能够精通办公软件运用尤其是能熟练运用excel函数

团队意识强善于学习灵活性强能够处理复杂问题

具备出色的综合英语能力包括口语、听力、写作和阅读

成熟稳重并能够完全认同和接受公司文化

能接受一定程度地加班

申请经理层级的任职资格

年龄不超过30周岁

毕业于国内外顶尖级大学至少在国内排名前20或全球排名前50的硕士研究生

人力资源管理、心理学或相关专业

须具有4年以上在大型金融企业人力资源管理经验包括2年薪酬或绩效管理经验有国际知名人力资源管理咨询公司管理咨询经验者优先。

具备出色的办公软件技能尤其是能熟练运用excel函数

团队意识强善于学习灵活性强能够处理复杂问题

具备出色的综合英语能力包括口语、听力、写作和阅读等

成熟稳重并能够完全认同和接受公司文化

高级专员层级

年龄不超过28周岁

毕业于国内外顶尖级大学至少在国内排名前20或全球排名前50的硕士研究生且在校成绩优异须提供毕业证书、学位正式及在校成绩单

人力资源管理、心理学或相关专业

须具备1年以上知名金融公司总部的全职人力资源经验或在国际知名管理咨询公司管理咨询经验

具备出色的人际沟通技巧能在高压状态下工作

能够精通办公软件运用尤其是能熟练运用excel函数

团队意识强善于学习灵活性强能够处理复杂问题

具备出色的综合英语能力包括口语、听力、写作和阅读

Job Description

Position:

Compensation & Performance Management

Reports to:

HR Associate Director of HQ

The main purpose of this position:

Supporting CEO reform and optimize HR system in group. To establish alignment of compensation, benefits and performance policies.

Responsibilities:

C&B Management

Under group C&B framework establish and align job grading system in group across different subsidiary corporations. Review and make necessary update adjustment on a regular basis

Propose a total reward positioning strategy to the group headquarter and subsidiary corporations’ management. Establish a salary structure based on the positioning strategy and market benchmark, review and update the structure on annual basis

Join annual market survey on C&B, analyze market trends and advise company management and HR team on annual salary review budgets, polices and process

Modify and design when necessary, the bonus and incentive plans in group headquarters and subsidiary corporations in order to link reward with performance more closely and transparently

Act as subject matter expert in communicating with management team as well as HR team on reward related topics. Provide expert advice on new candidate offer, internal promotion internal transfer, termination compensation etc. compensation related topics

Monitor China C&B policies and practices to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

Work with talent manager and HR team of subsidiary corporations, to analyze and propose appropriate talent development and retention means in order to better deploy and retain key talents in group

Review and align wherever possible benefits package in group across different subsidiary corporations in order to achieve cost saving and/or optimized benefits

Leverage group benefits program to optimize benefits offering to employees

Performance Management

Optimizing performance framework and polices in group. Review and make necessary update adjustment on a regular basis

Using performance tool to incentive employees achieve the work targets

Contribute in driving performance culture in whole group by using C&B as a tool

Coach and train managers when necessary on performance related topics

Advise management on means of driving performance culture

Support subsidiary corporation on employee engagement improvement initiatives especially on C&B related topics

Basic Qualification:

Sr. Manager Level

The age of candidate not exceed 32

Master’s degree from a top-tier university (Rank top 20 in domestic university or rank top 50 in oversees university is at least) with consistent outstanding academic record;

Professional in HRM, psychology or related

6+ years of HR experience (including 2-year experience in C&B or performance management) from leading financial companies, or 3+ years consulting experience in a leading HR consulting firm.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work with senior management team under high pressure

Excellent MS office skills, especially in excel function skill.

A team player and willing to learn, resilient, able to work with ambiguity

Excellent English language proficiency in both speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Mature and culturally sensitive agreed and signed

Can accept working overtime occasionally

Manager Level Basic Qualification

The age of candidate not exceed 30

Master’s degree from a top-tier university (Rank top 20 in domestic university or rank top 60 in oversees university is at least) with consistent outstanding academic record;

Professional in HRM, psychology or related

4+ years of HR (including 1-year experience in C&B or performance management) experience from Leading financial companies, must including 1-year consulting experience in a leading HR consulting firm. HR consulting experience in WTW, Mercer, Aon Hewitt, Hays is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work with senior management team under high pressure

Excellent MS office skills, especially in excel function skill.

A team player and willing to learn, resilient, able to work with ambiguity

Excellent English language proficiency in both speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Sr. Specialist Level Basic Qualification

The age of candidate not exceed 28

Master’s degree from a top-tier university (Rank top 20 in domestic university or rank top 50 in oversees university is at least) with consistent outstanding academic record;

Professional in HRM, psychology or related

2+ years of full-time HR experience from a Leading financial company’s HQ or 1+ years offull-time consulting experience from international consulting firm is must. HR consulting experience is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work with senior management team under high pressure

Excellent MS office skills, especially in excel function skill.

A team player and willing to learn, resilient, able to work with ambiguity

Excellent English language proficiency in both speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Specialist Level Basic Qualification
