As a Junior Associate, you will work as a part of the deal team to support seniors in deal origination and execution. Contributing to the production of presentation materials, prepare transaction documents, conduct due diligence and perform market and industry research, financial valuation and analysis; Participating in discussions about client-related and internal topics, and working on every aspect of a live transaction. 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

Qualifications: Strong accounting, finance and business writing skills. A well-rounded academic background from highly regarded institutions. A self-starter with ability to master new tasks quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
