职位描述

BASF is currently building a new Verbund
site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially
commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's
largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be
operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be
the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for
smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital
technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Tasks:
-EHS Management
-Implement EHS policy, procedures and BASF Responsible Care codes of the site to ensure compliance and safety maintenance execution;
-Reserve work step in maintenance safety preparation in work order, such as scaffolding setup, hot work permit application, special tools;
-Cooperate with TSS and safety departments, lead or support to identify unsafe conduct and conditions, risk assessment, accident/incident investigation, reporting, etc. always ensure the employees and contractors in the safe work environment with proper PPEs, tools and facilities with safe job method;
-Support the EHS review during operation, change implementation and project, collaborate and conduct process safety review, PSSR etc. with stakeholders.
-Maintenance Management
-Participate daily morning meeting to know the production requirements for new created work notification;
-Develop work order sequences to plan manpower, services and materials with estimated maintenance cost, work together with asset management to release work order with required priority;
-Check with discipline engineers if spare parts setup is reasonable, check with TSS warehouse if critical spare parts are available;
-Work with production, 1st line and 2nd line maintenance to prepare work log in reasonable level;
-Track work order status if work orders are completed before due date.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree and above in mechanical, or E&I
-Above 5 years’ experience in the chemical plant maintenance
-Experienced in maintenance plan
-Familiar with mechanical, E&I maintenance sequence in chemical plant
-Communication and collaboration skills
