This Opportunity
Our Shanghai B+H Studio is looking for a highly motivated and task-oriented Receptionist. The Receptionist directly assists and reports to Office Manager with a wide range of administration works. The receptionist should implement daily works in a professional, effective way. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for visiting customers' reception, basic consultation and introduction, strictly enforce the company's reception service standards, and maintain good courtesy;
• Responsible for the inventory of commodities and stationery, register and archive.
• Responsible for the personnel work, cooperate with the corresponding personnel administration work.
• Complete the interim tasks instructed by managers.
• Staff’s trip arrangements
• Coordinate with driver for sending car arrangements
• Office management: eg. Resolve issue with property management company for office maintenance
• Office utilities & paybill's application for reimbursement
• Support staff for the hotel and tickets booking
• Office Lunch hour is required to stay at the reception desk
• Help managers or principals to order lunch for meetings
• Support Office Manager for staff events
• Support Office Manager for necessary administrative tasks
Position Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree equivalent
• Proficient in verbal English and Mandarin is a must
• Fresh Gradate with strong English skills and willing to learn is a must or 1 year working experience in administration works is preferred
• Communication and customer service skills, willing to learn and grow in an international environment
• Solid knowledge of Windows, PC hardware and common Windows applications
• Experience in Architectural/Engineering industry is a plus
• Proficient at bilingual language in English and Chinese is a must
• Attention to detail in all areas of works
• Strong communication skills
• Sense of urgency
