BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

 Responsible for creating and enhancing process system solutions, and coordinating with engineering disciplines during MoC, small to medium capital investment projects in both planning and execution phases. 负责创建和优化工艺流程解决方案，并在现场技术改造、小型到中型投资项目的规划和执行阶段协调各专业工作。
 Develop high quality engineering deliverables and services by implementing BASF’s quality and safety guidelines. 采用巴斯夫质量和安全准则，提交高质量的设计输出及服务。
 Offer solid support for the continuous improvement of the process competencies (e.g. specifications, best practices, workflow, etc.). 为工艺专业持续改进提供坚实支持（如规格书，最佳实践，工作流程等）。

Main tasks

 Lead throughout the project by performing various tasks such as scheduling meetings, communicating with different disciplines and business units, coordinating with vendors and contractors, preparing project documentation for approval following BASF guidelines, and aiding in the development of cost estimates. 负责在项目中的工作，如会议组织、与不同专业及业务部门沟通、与供应商和承包商协调、按照BASF准则准备项目批准的相关文档、支持费用估算等。
 Provide assistance in creating, improving, enhancing, and transferring processes and technologies of related projects. 协助创建、改进、提升和转移相关项目的工艺流程和技术。
 Define process design data (calculate / estimate) for equipment, safety devices and instruments based on functional and process requirements. 根据功能和工艺要求，确定设备、安全设备和仪表的工艺设计数据（包括计算和估算）。
 Prepare and maintain Block Flow diagrams, Process-Flow-Diagrams & Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PFDs & PIDs). 准备并维护块流程图、工艺流程图（PFD）和管道及仪表图（PID）。
 Generate and maintain plant and process design documents (e.g. wastes & emissions, utility lists, equipment lists, process data sheets, pipe service index, equipment arrangement drawings, load lists, preliminary 3D model etc.). 生成并维护工厂和工艺设计文件（例如废物和排放、公用工程清单、设备清单、工艺数据表、管道等级表、设备布置图、负载清单、初步3D模型等）。
 Provide functional process / project leadership in completion of conceptual planning, extended conceptual planning and detail engineering including the design change management and consistency checks. 在概念规划、扩展概念规划和详细设计过程中，提供工艺专业/项目主导，包括设计变更管理和一致性检查。
 Minimize the investment cost and/or total cost of ownership by creating \"intelligent and feasible\" concepts and leveraging synergies with other plants and facilities. 通过创建“智能且可行”的概念，并利用与其他工厂和设施的协同作用，使投资成本和/或总成本最小化。
 Provide expertise and support to the ZVS site in terms of training the TSS and Plant personnel on capital project processes. 给生产基地工程与维修技术（TSS）及生产团队提供项目实施程序的专业培训。
 Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在与工程合作伙伴、当地设计院、供应商及施工单位等执行项目过程中充分代表业主利益。提供技术及合同监督和指导。
 Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF’s commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思维，深刻理解并执行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念。

任职要求：
What we expect

 Education教育背景：　　　　　　
　　- Bachelor’s degree with major study in Chemical engineering 化工工程专业本科毕业
　　- Master’s degree will be an advantage研究生学历优选
 Working Experience工作经历：
　　- At least more than 10 years design experience in chemical or petrochemical industry. 在石油化工领域至少10年以上设计经历
 Technical & Professional Knowledge技术及资质要求：
　　- Chemical process registered engineer is mandatory 需为国家注册化工工程师
　　- Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English is an advance 熟练掌握中英文者优选
　　- Professional in understanding of local discipline codes & standards 精通国内相关专业的标准规范
　　- Good in relevant software/tools e.g., 2D/3D planning tools, CAD, SPPID and process software精通相关软件及工具，如2D/3D规划工具、CAD、SPPID及其他工艺软件
