职位描述

Purpose of the position
– Support area and site to drive SOS plant operation excellence on safety, reliability and efficiency,
– Responsible for new SOS plant commissioning and start up

Principal responsibilities
– Leadership on interpreting Linde PLC and governmental SHE requirements, overseeing implementation of safety programs in all SOS plants.
– Maintain and update operation standard, process and procedure in RGC, with leverage operation best practice, new SOS technology development and competence.
– Manage SOS plant Ops KPI by annual target setting, systematically follow-up and final assessment with clear definition and benchmark.
– Provide expert support for SOS plant trouble shooting
– Leadership and technical support on identification/realization of productivity opportunities.
– Technical review and support to new projects, leadership for production preparation of new facilities.
– Support operation engineer team to optimize project life cost, plant commissioning and startup
– Monitor SOS site PM/CM completion. Talent development in SOS operations section.
– Overseeing implementation of SOS standards, provide technical support to plants through training, consultation, inspection/auditing.
– Period review FMEA for all SOS plant, and make a plan for plant spare parts.
– Make plan for China SOS critical parts.

Required qualifications/experience
- Bachelor degree in chemical engineering, instrument engineering or above
- At least 5 year or above experience in plant operation or engineering management role
- Richest experience on VPSA and N plant operation
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to organize, synthesize and draw conclusions from information.
- Excellent ACS and instrument knowledge ,with basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Excellent relationship& Communication skill
- Strong learning ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, ability to communicate effectively with both local and global team
