职位描述

工作职责：
1. 对现行美标、英标暖通和防排烟设计规范熟练理解和掌握；
Understand and master the current American standard, British standard of HVAC and smoke control design specifications;
2. 对各类型建筑暖通和防排烟系统能够熟练理解和掌握，根据不同用途项目提出合理性系统方案；
Proficiently understand and master the HVAC and smoke control system of various types of buildings, and propose reasonable system schemes according to different
use projects;
3. 熟练掌握美标、英标暖通和防排烟系统绘图方法和标准；
Proficient in drawing methods and standards of American and British standard HVAC and smoke control systems;
4. 熟练掌握美标、英标暖通和防排烟系统水力计算方法
Proficient in the hydraulic calculation methods of American and British standard HVAC and smoke control systems.

任职资格：
1. 具有国外大型项目设计业绩，并作为暖通专业第一负责人；
With the design performance of foreign large-scale projects, and as the first person in charge of HVAC professional;
2. 能够提供2项自己设计项目图纸资料和计算书
Able to provide 2 self-designed project drawings and calculation documents.
