BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

 Lead the maintenance team to be responsible for the daily maintenance and overhaul of static equipment in BASF Zhanjiang site.
带领维护班组负责巴斯夫湛江基地静设备的日常维护及检修工作。
 Responsible for the management of all kinds of machining machines in mechanical workshop
负责机械维修车间各种机加设备的管理。
 Cooperate with relevant discipline technicians to ensure the reliability and stability of static equipment in Zhanjiang site.
与相关专业技术人员合作确保巴斯夫湛江基地静设备的可靠性和稳定性。
 Support recruiting and training employees, cooperate with manager to improve team service skills
配合招募和培训员工，并配合经理提高团队的服务能力。

任职要求：
What we expect

 Have college degree or above with major in mechanical and relevant disciplines.
　　机械相关专业，专科及以上学历；
 Above 10 years' experience in the chemical plant with at least 5 years working in chemical plant static equipment maintenance.
　　 10年以上化工企业工作经历，5年及以上化工装置静设备维修经验；
 Have experience in routine maintenance and turnaround maintenance. Familiar with maintenance work process & static sequence in chemical plant, familiar with SAP system.
　　具有常规检修和大检修经验，熟悉化工装置维修流程及静设备维修步序，熟悉SAP系统；
 Familiar with the performance, structure and principle of static equipment in petrochemical plant.
　　熟悉石化行业静设备的性能、结构及原理；
 Familiar with the operation of machining machines will be a plus.
　　熟悉机加工设备的操作将是加分项；
 Have good communication and collaboration skills.
　　具有良好的沟通和协调能力;
 Able to communication in English, writing and reading.
　　具有一定的英语读写能力。
