主要工作职责Principal Accountabilities：

1、贯彻执行安全生产方针政策、法律、法规、标准，并对执行情况进行监督检查
Implementation of safe production policies, laws, regulations, standards, and
the implementation of the supervision and inspection。

2、制定安全生产工作计划和方针目标，并督导实施
Develop work safety plan, policy and objectives, and supervise the implementation。

3、掌握安全动态，制定或修改安全生产综合管理制度，对各项安全生产管理制度和操作规程执行情况进行监督检查
To understand the safety dynamic, developing or modifying overall production
safety management system, supervise
and inspect the safety management system and operating procedures implementation。

4、协助领导组织推动安全生产活动，宣传安全生产法规，提高全体员工的安全生产意识。
Help lead organizations to carry out safe production activities to promote safe production regulations, improve safety awareness of all employees

5、建立定期安全检查制度，组织开展安全生产检查活动，发现重大事故隐患或违章指挥、违章作业或遇有重大险情时，必须采取有效措施，并责令有关部门处理。
Establish a regular safety inspection system, carry out safety inspection activities, take effective actions when major accidents or illegal command, illegal operation or event of major danger happened

6、参加施工组织设计（或施工方案）的会审，并对安全技术措施的执行情况进行监督检查。
Participate in construction design (or construction scheme) review and audit, supervise and inspect the implementation of safety and technical aspects

7、参加施工生产例会，掌握施工生产信息，预测事故发生的可能性，提出防范建议，参加新建、改建、扩建工程\\\"三同时\\\"项目的设计、审查和竣工验收。
Participate in construction regular meeting, construction and production control information, the possibility of forecasting the accident, make recommendations to prevent participants design new construction, renovation, expansion project \\\"three simultaneous\\\" project review and final acceptance

8、制定公司员工劳动防护用品及防暑降温用品的管理办法和发放标准，并组织实施。

supplies management practices and standards, and implement

9、组织生产安全事故的调查处理，进行事故统计、分析、定性、定责和上报，对各部门执行事故报告处理制度的情况进行监督检查。
Organize and Investigate safety accident, responsible for accident statistics, analysis, characterization and reporting. Supervise and inspect accident reporting situation for various departments

10、参加继续教育活动，不断提高知识，技能及执业水平。
Participate in continuing education activities, and constantly improve the

资历及背景经验Qualification and Background Experience：

1. 拥有注册安全工程师执业资格证书
Hold registration safety engineer certificate

2. 化工工程专业大专或以上学历
The chemical engineering college or above

3. 五年以上化工厂工作经验，熟悉化工工艺及安全生产要求
More than five years chemical plants working experience, familiar with chemical production processes and safety requirements

4. 具有良好的口头及书面表达能力,能用英语表达最好
Good oral and written communication skills, it is better to communicate in
English

5. 为人诚实,责任心强，能独立工作,具有良好的团队合作精神
Honest, responsible, able to work independently, with good team work spirit
