职位描述

Leading the Shift Team to operate the plant in accordance with the Company's EHS rules and the operating procedures,
supervising and directing the activities of shift operators to maintain the plant in normal operation.
带领值班团队按照公司EHS规定和操作规程运营本装置，督导本班人员的操作，使装置正常运行
• Manage the PTW process properly to ensure a safe condition for equipment maintenance and repairing
管理好工作许可流程，确保设备维护和维修工作的安全
• Responsible for emergency case handling and taking necessary actions to rectify the upset situation
负责事故处理，并采取必要措施纠正异常运行工况
• Keep close communication with the internal and external stakeholders to run smoothly the plant as planning
与内部与外部利益相关方保持密切沟通，使装置按计划平稳运行
• Other works instructed by Production Manager
落实生产经理安排的其他任务
