职位描述

岗位职责：

1.独立完成小型公建项目或居住（小）区级住宅项目方案创作；
2.配合完成与甲方的沟通、汇报和协调工作；
3.学习掌握项目运作流程。


任职资格：

1.建筑学专业毕业，一年以上建筑设计工作经历；
2.熟悉相关的建筑规范和设计流程；
3.具有方案创作能力，能准确理解、把握项目及业主需求；
4.有良好的表达、沟通、协调能力，良好的团队合作精神。


Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently complete schematic design of small scale public construction project and small scale residential area project.
2. Play a supporting role of communication, reporting and coordinating with the clients.
3. Learn to grasp the project operation procedure.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, at least two years working experience.
2. Familiar with relevant architectural standards and design procedure.
3. Ability of schematic design, able to comprehend and grasp the requirements of the clients.
4. Excellent expression and communication abilities, good team working spirit.
